Back (In black...sure, why not?)

Hey...I kno that I havent updated in a freakishly long time. So, shoot me.
Anyway, a lot of things have happened.
  • I was in the Fairview High School production of Beauty and the Beast, which took up 400% of my time...like, every day after school until 5:30.
  • I went to Homecoming with a goddess of a girl...Sarah. Oh, wow.

..and of course other things which will gradually make thier way into my blog. Hmm.

I have been a litte backed up on my flash reviews and other nonsense, so I'll cut to the chase and just list them...here we go:

DAMMIT!!! My mom just grounded me again. goodbye, computer. I will try to update at the library later.

A Continuation from Class...

Today in LA we debated whether Violence is ever justified. I was on the side that believed violence to be justified depending on the situation, and the only other faction believed it is never justified. On of the key orators for the opposition was Mitch. Mitch is a genius, and my team had a hard time defending against his idealistic position. My main contribution to the debate consisted of a question to the staunchly nonviolent Mitch. The question was this: "If you had the opportunity to kill Hitler before he slaughtered countless Jews, would you or would you not and why?" Time ran out before I could get him to answer the question, but I made a mental note to myself that that was an extremely useful debate tactic. I later conceded to Mitch., out side of class, that he would have won becuase idealism nearly always wins.
Meh.

Discourse on Logical Thought

There are very few people in this world who have instant access to materials and facilities needed to physically carry out an experiment to resolve every question that they come across; therefore there is a necessity for a logical extension of the circumstances in which we live to allow for theory. the greater amount of which can be tested with the current level of technology. However, it is likely that some subatomic theories and many theories about the substructure of the universe will not be able to be tested in our lifetimes, or the lifetimes of the author of the theory, for that matter. Therefore, there is an ever-increasing need for application of logic to expand the realm of theoretical science. There is a certain amount of skepticism in the scientific community in relation to so-called "armchair researchers" but the possible gains outweigh the potential criticism.
There are two essential types of logical thought-the primary being the formulation of explanations for already observed phenomena, such as the Newtonian theory of Gravity. The second type is the much more valuable type, and that is the logical extension of observed phenomena and the relation of that to other areas so that we may begin to advance the theory before there is any basis for reliably doing so. this type of logic only works as an immediate extension, such as a scientist studying subatomic particles may be able to conclude that there is a high likelihood of there existing a particle that composes quarks, while also noting that there must be, according to our way of thinking, a limit to the size of a particle.

More later...thats all for now.

Posting up random stencils of running men all over the school.

Find and f***ing DESTROY any sites that Osama Bin Laden is using

The title says it all. Find those goddamn sites and load a virus that transmits to any administrators of the site. Fuck Osama up the as with a copy of his religious nonsense. For those of you who out there who are Muslim, I sincerely am sorry that this asshole has twisted a valid religion into a weapon of hate. I have no problem at all with Muslims, and in fact will publish a post sometime on my religious views. If you are a hacker, find and f*** up any site that the video appears on in its "original" context, i.e. the source, not sh!t like Newsweek.com of BBCnews.com or valid sites. Find the source and shut it the hell down. If you are good enough at coding to give an Al-Quieda site a trojan to f*** themselves with, do it. If you aren't, find someone who is and get them to do it.

Read some excerpts...@ http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/middle_east/6984560.stm because there is no way that I post shit of his. I have family in Iraq and there was a friend of the family in one of the nearby buildings of Tower 2. Kill Osama, and may the Jewish God, the Cristian God, and the Muslim God and any other deity make him suffer.

To the rat-faced swine Osama Bin Laden: If you want to kill President Bush, you are welcome to dream on, because no matter how bad of a President he is considered to be...the majority would rather you be dead and he be President that you be alive and someone else leading the US. I know that our troops will find you in the end because there is justice that is due, and the USA is not the one to be judged...you are. Osama, wherever the hell you are...if you read this, know that we are going to find you and then we will bring you to justice...your psychotic version of Islam is a distortion of the creed of the Prophet worse than that which you say the Jews and Christians perpetrated. When you die the families of those who you killed will sacrifice a pig and smear its blood on your tomb. Then the victorious will bury you under the feces of a thousand swine so that you may taste those better that you and know in the hell you are destined for that you will eat nothing but pork for the rest of eternity...you have committed hirabah in the worst way...you pretend to be a true Muslim, but remember that...

"The punishments of those who...strive to spread disorder in the land are to execute them in an exemplary way or to crucify them or to amputate their hands and feet from opposite sides or to banish them from the land. Such is their disgrace in this world, and in the Hereafter theirs will be an awful doom save those who repent before you overpower them; you should know that Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Ever Merciful."

...you are the lowest of swine and I curse you with all my soul.

Useful links for those educating themselves, and so that our focus should not be on our fellow Americans of the Muslim faith, but on the rat-faced vermin that is the enemy...see these articles/sites:

To finish this post...Don't hate our fellow Americans and any other peaceful Citizens of this Earth. Hate those who take the lives of others in hate and hate only...may the Powers that Be show the cursed terrorists the true meaning of terror by making them suffer for eternity.

God Bless America...And everyone else, even Piggy bin Laden...becuase he's going to need it!

Support our Troops and lets get the Job done so we can Bring 'em Home!

Trinity Sequence: Book One
Born again from the ashes.
By Ethan Hobson
Chapter 1
Prologue to Eternity.
Ω
"Twenty cc’s of iridosmine; MID at 40%."
"Go on the iridosmine; MID stable at 40%."
"Spike MID to 67% and stimulate cell bonding."
"MID spike go-cell bonding at 307%, cell reproduction stable between 312 and 314%."
The operating genetic surgeon turned to his assistant and asked, "What are the figures based on? That is, is it set on normal or on the custom settings?" The assistant turned to his superior and replied, "They’re set on custom, sir."
The geneticist nearly leapt out of his chair with surprise and glee. He had set the custom settings to 150% of an average human! The subject was responding ridiculously well to the controversial gene surgery. The faulty cystic fibrosis and hemophilia genes we being replaced with healthy genes using a combination of viral replacement therapy and the new, untested, "wildcard" gene treatment. The geneticist gnawed on his thumbnail, wondering what changes eagle and puma DNA were making in the body of his subject. Well, any road, he assumed time would tell.
The current subject was Kyle Razenski, a 32-year-old with more medical issues than he cared to count, which was part of the reason he had volunteered for the first treatment of gene replacement ever. His thinking was that if he had even a small chance of getting rid of even one of his ailments, he would be satisfied. He was not thinking now, however; the virus that was curing him kept him unconscious so he would be impervious to the intense pain of being genetically reprogrammed.
Ω
The geneticist hurried across the lab area to supervise subject two’s virus contamination. The subject lay flat on a metal table around which were suspended various intravenous bags, all pumping the subject full of PROTO-virus2, the virus specifically made to reform her defective arms and re-grow her severed spine. He had not been in charge of sculpting her virus-one of his colleagues, Dr. Ja’akkel, had been charged with that duty. This specimen was a delicate 17 years of age. She was trying to live fully or die-a fact that she told the geneticist when he had interviewed her what seemed many months ago but he knew was only a matter of weeks. Those weeks had been the most severe and taxing he had ever gone through. She knew that she had less than an optimistic 73% chance of dying on the proverbial table. In his head the doctor had given her a chance of less than 12% to live, and his inner cynic had given her a snowball’s chance in hell. Maybe, he thought, the king cobra DNA along with the grizzly "wildcard" DNA would make her more resilient and allow her body to be remade. Well, he thought, To which his inner cynic quietly replied<-and the end of days is finally come…>
Ω
The Ph.D. continued on his rounds to make a stop at the third patient, who was only now in the first stages of the sculpting process. He heard a muffled scream coming from her cell, as she tended to call her DNA modeling room, were she was having her limbs measured for RNA durability, an intensely painful process, especially since she had open sores where her elbows had been and two stumps, barely healed, above where her knees were. She was being modeled for an eccentric combo of komodo dragon and rhinoceros, the former being to boost her healing, the second to "increase her durability", as a lab tech had so dryly put it.
Ω
The physician continued around the ward until he came back to the vacuum-sealed area around one of the most biohazardous district in the hospital. One of three. Yes, it was indeed Subject HS-1. The HS designation stood for Homo Superior. This was the current term for the subjects of his experiments until the International Science Council gave them a formal name, but the he suspected that the in-limbo name would probably stick.
Ω
Chapter 2
A Change of Winds.
Troubled dreams came to him. The man in front of him was tired, exhausted beyond imagining, but also he sensed that he had great power. The ubiquitous creature spoke naught, but beckoned him back to the world where he really was. Old beyond thought, strength beyond that of youth.
Ω Ω
Alright...There have been things on my mind for a while that I need to say.The first one is that you may not want to read this, becuase it will greatly alter your perception of me...

As far as music goes...I've hit a wall, both in class and in general. My song is dead, and the word that I wish to say are gone. Poetic? Pathetic. If Danny Irwin is reading this, I don't hate or even dislike you. That doesn't mean i like you. I don't. You are a super musicain and actor, but you include me in nothing you do. Why? I really am no threat to you as far as status goes. Give me something to work with...I need opportunities that you take while you have plenty already. If you are going to try out for everything, there is no point in me being in choir anymore. I have no value there. Yeah, that is just wonderful, isn't it? One of two things that I am passionate about has been basically taken from me. Joy. *sarcasm*. And no, I'm not going to tell what the other one is.

Danny, if you are reading this, I would rather be friendly rivals than have this. Please comment.

Moving on...I've started to wonder if this blog is actually read by anyone. I doubt it. this is seeming more and more like a fool's pipe dream. No one cares. Period. The co-author thing will never happen becuase she doesn't care. I swear if I were to take my own life, my friends would be sad for approximatly 5 minutes and then move on. Doesn't that strike anyone as being the least bit fucked up? If you read this blog, please comment saying something like "I read your blog." but my guess is that when I check there will be about 0 comments here. Wow, my life is pointless.

My creativity is flowing, but not where i want it to. I need to fucking change my life. All I think about all day is of how badly my life sucks and how much it will suck when i go home and on and on. Yeah, my writing? the story ideas are great but the never make it to paper. A sample will be posted next.

i hate my life. I have absolutly no one and nothing. If i had even a slim hope i could hang on, but nope, none for me. I live for my dog and my friends, and my 'friends' don't seem to care about me. My life is like a fucking sick joke of God's.

Who cares about me? No one. I have no love life and probably never will. Girls see me as a friend. That sucks. But you know what hurts the worst? i put myself out there, take risks, and you know what happens? I lose, no matter what i do. Its like playing Russian roulette witha fully loaded automatic. I try and contribute and I'm deemed worthless. If i withdraw and become antisocial, I get that label too.I'm screwed.

I threw up tonight becuase my mom made me eat some nasty-ass potato salad becuase i left it on my plate. Far from being apologetic, she soon centers the focus of the night on how badly I'm fucked at school becuase i didn't take health. When I go to my room, close the door and tell her to not bother me, she comes in anyway (my door has no knob) and procedes to guilt trip me out of me free time. I feel like i'm stuck in Alice in Wonderland! I'm going to go fucking insane!

i hate my life.

More Birthday thoughts...

This is a sort of follow-up on the last post.

I just had a thought.(WOW! Incredible, isn't it.)
When we are young, Birthdays are cherished in so many ways, both for the materialistic aspect of tghe celebration, but also because one becomes a whole YEAR older. if you think about this, a year is a high percentage of a youth's life. As you get older, the percentage of your life that a year represents becomes preportionally smaller. Another thing is that in older people, (35+) birthdays are dreaded because they are getting older. As if that is a bad thing...maybe it is. I don't know, I'm only 15, almost 16.

Thoughts on Life...and Birthdays

I'm going to make this exceptionally clear for the world to see.
MY BIRTHDAY IS THIS FRIDAY, AUGUST 17.

And yet, somehow, I don't care.
I remember when birthdays were like the biggest and best event in the summer for me. This is slightly strange for me to talk about this, because as of right now, I have little to no emotions regarding this friday. Nonwithstanding the fact that this is my 16th birthday, supposedly a 'milestone' as far as birthdays go. I don't deny that I appreciate the materialistic aspect of birthday celebrations, like gifts and cake and doing fun stuff, but it doesn't hold the magic that it used to. Sad, in a way. It does make me wonder if this attiutude towards birthday will continue in my future.
To make one thing perfectly clear; I'm excited about Friday. This is not because I'm a year older, but because I'm going to have a wonderful day.

The 10 Rules For Living

This is something I run across frequently, and there are many variations. Read it, then follow the directions of Rule 10!

1. You Will Receive A Body. You may like it or not, but it will be yours for the entire period this time around.

2. You Will Learn Lessons. You are enrolled in a full-time, informal school called life. Each day in this school you will have the opportunity to learn lessons. You may like the lessons or think them irrelevant and stupid.

3. There Are No Mistakes, Only Lessons. Growth is a process of trial and error, experimentation. The "failed" experiments are as much a part of the process as the experiment that ultimately "works".

4. A Lesson Is Repeated Until It Is Learned. A lesson will be presented to you in various forms until you have learned it, then you can go on to the next lesson.

5. Learning Lessons Does Not End. There is no part of life that does not contain its lessons. If you are alive, there are lessons to be learned.

6. "There" Is No Better Than "Here." When your "there" has become a "here", you will simply obtain another "there" that will, again, look better than "here".

7. Others Are Merely Mirrors Of You. You cannot love or hate something about another person unless it reflects to you something you love or hate about yourself.

8. What You Make Of Your Life Is Up To You. You have all the tools and resources you need; what you do with them is up to you. The choice is yours.

9. The Answers Lie Inside You. The answers to life's questions lie inside you. All you need to do is look, listen, and trust.

10. You Will Forget All This.

Yet Another Set of Horoscopes from the Onion

Your Birthday Today
Your creativity will be at an all-time high today. Take advantage of this by purchasing a second, larger bag of Popsicle sticks.

Aries March 21 - April 19
A priest, a rabbi, and a minister will walk into a bar this week, order three stiff drinks, and break down crying in one of the most depressing jokes you've ever heard.

Taurus April 20 - May 20
While your towering throne of skulls is still intimidating, the doughnut-shaped hemorrhoid cushion you've been forced to purchase does slightly lessen its overall effect.

Gemini May 21 - June 21
It's easy to lose one's sense of perspective in life, especially with no vanishing point, horizon line, or transversal plane to help gauge distance.

Cancer June 22 - July 22
As someone who has never been very comfortable with the sight of blood, you should avoid next Thursday's baby shower at all costs.

Leo July 23 - August 22
Although willpower has never been your strong suit, you will realize this w—Hey, where are you going? Seriously now…come on…put that brownie down.

Virgo August 23 - September 22
Despite several long-held beliefs and assumptions, you'll soon realize that it takes all kinds to mobilize a hate group.

Scorpio October 24 - November 21
While you've often heard the old adage about crying over spilt milk, your grandmother's tragic slip will shed a whole new light on the matter.

Just when you think you can't keep going any longer, you'll somehow find the strength to continue jogging for a fourth minute.

Capricorn December 22 - January 19

Aquarius January 20 - February 18
It will soon become obvious to you that in a medical emergency, such as shattering your femur while cleaning out the attic, every month counts.

Pisces February 19 - March 20
The interesting thing about homicidal rage is—well, the stars don't want to ruin it for you.

Another Thursday, another horoscope from the Onion

Today's Birthday
Long gray beards have for centuries been linked to wisdom and shrewdness. Sadly, you get yours caught in the fax machine far too often for this to actually be the case.

Aries (March 21 - April 19)
Difficulty telling right from wrong will lead to indulgent behavior this week, which will lead to difficulty telling right from left.

Taurus (April 20 - May 20)
Perhaps it's your fault for having expected too much of fame, but as the holder of the Guinness World Record for shortest living man, you thought you'd at least be up to your neck in pussy.

Gemini (May 21 - June 21)
You've never been the sort to pat yourself on the back, but that was before you had a piece of steak lodged in your windpipe.

Cancer (June 22 - July 22)
It's true that your talents and interests make you unique; however, some of the credit should go to your mother for ingesting the thalidomide.

Leo (July 23 - August 22)
Your belief that humanity is growing too dependent on machines will finally be put to rest next week, when after three days of careful deliberation, family members decide to take you off the respirator.

Virgo (August 23 - September 22)
Misguided by the success of Orson Welles' groundbreaking, all-black production of Macbeth, you will be humiliated this week after the scathing reviews of your all-black production of Othello come in.

Libra (September 23 - October 23)
You'll cry yourself to sleep yet again tonight, much to the envy of insomniacs across the country.

Scorpio (October 24 - November 21)
A séance organized this week in an effort to bring comfort to a grieving friend will end in tragedy when the spirit of her deceased husband fails to understand why you two are holding hands.

Sagittarius (November 22 - December 21)
You will feel let down by the historical inaccuracies at a nearby medieval-themed restaurant until you pay a visit to its bathroom.

Capricorn (December 22 - January 19)
Regular bouts of morning sickness will continue unabated next week, a surprising occurrence considering the abortion.

Aquarius (January 20 - February 18)
Your longtime wish for a better poker face will finally be granted this week; unfortunately, you'll lack the mental capacity required to play poker after the stroke.

Pisces (February 19 - March 20)
There's nothing holding you back from achieving your wildest dreams, proving beyond a shadow of a doubt that stronger and more restrictive gun laws are badly needed.

On the Matter of Money...

I personally think the world would be way better if there was one standard monetary system or at least one rate of exchange. just a random thought.

Hey out there

This will be a very short post.
I wanted to let the general public know that ~coming soon~ will be another author for the Xeno Blog.

Insults

OK, so when did insulting one's mom become the worst insult?
You want an insult?

Asshat: Yeah, well I f*cked your more last night!

You: Well, while you were getting laid by someone twice your age, I was with your mother. Know what I did? I carved her eyes out with a dull razor and sold her blind ass to the Japanese mafia as a bondage slave and they have been shoving firecrackers up her ass and making home videos of it.

THAT is an insult...and no, I am not targeting anyone in my audience with this comment. My point is, if you are going to insult someone, don't do a half-assed job. Piss them off enough to throw a punch at you.

Illustrate my World

Alright...hello again

To those of you familiar with the insane child that is me, I say hello and welcome to yet another episode of the Xeno blog. I know that it has been a while since I last updated. Shout out to AMC! Adam, I have officially decided that your new name is Chief Rocka, at least on the blog (privacy reasons...email me if you want to change your 'name'). Chief, I couldn't find my schedual, so I don't know if we can chill on Fri.

Explaining the Title

The address for this blog is truedescendantsofsparta.
Let me explain...
Sparta was a Greek state that focused on a highly skilled military as a social tool. They became famous for thier fighting ability. Hence the movie '300'. The Spartans valued discipline and honor both in thier military and in thier society. Young men of Sparta were required to serve in the army, and the training was brutal. The life of a successful Spartan was actually nice, as they had a sort of pension and other social programs. Good stuff.
The reason that I titled this the true descendants of sparta is not because I am Greek or because my ancestors came from Sparta, but because I appreciate the social paradigm that the Spartans had. I value honor and discipline as well. that is why I used the TRUE part, to distinguish between blood Spartans and Spartans of the Spirit.
...plus the Spartans are just cool...

ICONS STORY

This is another one of those things that is totally pointless yet infinitely amusing. Be forewarned-it makes absolutely no sense at all. The interplay of random and reason are here, although the reason is, in fact the more interesting variety I calll "twisted reason". The fact is that I can imagine myself and various friends embodied in the icons as they war on each other. I think that I am the Windows Messenger guy. Why? Becuase, well...you'll see if you keep reading my blog.

Another one...this answers the question deep within me: what the F@#! happened to 3D Mario?
NOTE: this may take a while to load/play. Be patient. It is SOOOO worth it!~

...ever felt this way?...

Uh-oh... somebody cloned the members of the Blue Man group. that was my first thought upon seeing this. It is really well done, and I liked it.
Thanks to dustball, whoever you happen to be. a good flash clip.

Alright, it is whatever time it is and I have an appointment somewhere that I need to be at by some time (or another). Shout out to those who know me. A whisper in (for lack of a better term) to those who don't or whom I don't like. An FYI; I may not be able to update this every day, but I will make an effort to.
Ω Spartan, Out. For real this time. I promise-atleast until tomorrow.

...No day but today...

Okay...I'll explain

Moo/Hannah (long story), This is for you...http://www.mpam.gr/flash_animations/smoochies_happy_tree_friends_valentine.htm
...I've still got your nose, by the way...

To explain this one; I'm not a rasict (I'm an equal-opportunity hater) but this is funny for some terrible reason
~http://www.mpam.gr/flash_animations/black_dude_falling.htm~

Okay, So i decided that I would try to go through and post all the funny clips on MPAM. Just on a whim. If I feel like explaining it, or if it needs the explanation, i will explain. When the student appears, the teacher is ready.

To give you an idea of the subject matter for this one, imagine combining beastiality and SM. After watching I recommend either kicking a cat or performing an exorcism on yourself after watchting this. The description is very lame: "funny flash animation showing the story of a twisted farmer and his poor cow." PLEASE let me know if I am not the only one who finds that a little misleading. PS I am NOT going to stop.

This is Why possible sequels to Guitar Hero worry me.

Oh dear god. Sweet, innocent Mario, Luigi and Toad from the Mario Bros we know and love sing Twisted Sister.
May the gods have mercy on the soul of the creator of this. (Alternatively, I wonder what Peach is doing when the others are in the clip... )

...story of my life...
NOTE: MPAM has other one-eyed productions as well as 30-second re-enactments. Check 'em out and send me the address of the good ones. If your soul is deemed worthy, I will post it here.

The xenophobia thing...yeah.

There isn't much that is left to explain, though I should tell you what xenophobia is. Xenophobia is the fear of aliens. My opinion is that this fear has been soooooo overworked in popular culture that I am glad to see the new movie about how WE become the aggressors. Sounds like a great premise for a movie. Also, if you want to see a funny spoof on the xenophobia thing, go to http://www.mpam.gr/flash_animations/the_war_of_the_worlds_in_30_seconds.htm . Funny as h*ll

The Beginning

Hi
My name is Ethan Hobson. I am a fairly regular dude, but I decided today that I would start a blog to chronicle the random events that my life seems to consist of. This includes, but is not limited to, randomf thoughts, thoughts on things I see or read, or just things that I happen to ponder.
